- Any new customer data (registered or guest) creates an entry into Contacts list.
- For registed customers, address details are used to create contact details. For guest customer, billing details are used.
Orders
- When you make a sale on BigCommerce platform, a Deal is automatically created under Sales in HubSpot.
- Custom fields Fist Order Date, Last Order Date, Last Order Value and Total Customer Value (Purchases) are populated for the specific Contact
- For any incomplete orders (abandoned cart), an abandoned cart live link in incorporated in a custom field for the specific Contact.
